My paintings, drawings and digital photography are done in abstract, expressionist or representational styles. My use of media is mainly acrylics on canvas but also pastels, colored pencil, graphite, conte and charcoal are used. Some works are framed and ready to hang and others are canvas wrapped with finished edges.
This stallion is a product of years of crossing the best recent cowhorse bloodlines with that of older foundation stock horses. A calm but intelligent look that has the fire needed for the short bursts of speed and the agility necessary to work cattle. Framed.
